Another week for the books.
When I look back at the week, I see so many things I wish I had more of, and others I’m glad are over. I think this is the case for everyone.
Above everything, I wouldn’t change any of it because it is a part of life that we must all go through.
On Sunday, Mel and her team were back on the streets helping people, and this time, they went inside their makeshift homes and talked to them more.
It is humbling to see what meager items they have, yet they are still so willing to give to others.
We often get caught up in our daily lives and ignore other humans around us. Some people pass us by with their shoulders held high. They may be extra tall today because they know, at the moment they falter one bit, it will all come crashing down.
It only takes one moment, one fateful moment in time, for it all to fall apart. We are all very close to being in the same situation.
We need to remember this and be thankful each day. Being able to continue our content and fruitful lives is a gift.
The shows we bring are our way of giving back as well. Through the rough times, we want to be able to take your mind into a place of peace and escape from the chaos.
We hope that each of you has a blessed week. Remember to have conversations with people and learn more about them. Become connected to the world around you.
Find a way to give back and watch the feeling of “Enough” come over you and peace fill your heart.
Stop the hatred, put down the pitchforks, and accept every person in the world, just for who they are.
Until next week my friends
